If you need an item of equipment installed, Electrolux offer a national installation service, through themselves or appointed specialist agents.
All of the engineers are fully trained to work on all equipment, in particular the Electrolux equipment, for which they have attended specific training days at Electrolux headquarters in Birmingham.
You need to also bare in mind that certain items from 7day-chef require commissioning by Electrolux, in order to validate any warranty. This happens after the item has been installed and is a free service on the UK mainland.. The following items need commissioning:
Glasswashers
Dishwashers
Combination and convection ovens
Boiling pans
If an engineer has not installed the item correctly, the commissioning will point this out. The customer must correct any installation and/or commissioning issues in order to validate the Electrolux warranty.
Again, we recommend only using approved installers, who will have the correct equipment and certification to install your appliance and issue a warranty. Failure to install to local authority, national and Electrolux standards will mean warranty calls will be chargeable to the customer.
